MEGHAN Markle boasted about her recent trip to visit the King and Queen, TV legend Martha Stewart has claimed.
The lifestyle icon, 85, said she and the Duchess of Sussex, 45, were both guests at a recent event in California.

It comes just days after the Sussexes returned from Europe which saw the family visit Charles and Camilla at Highgrove during a visit to the UK.
Martha Stewart told People: “I had dinner with Meghan Markle the other night. We were both guests at a dinner party in California.
“And she had just gotten back from the palace. I didn’t talk to her really more than to say a couple words, but I know she was talking about it.“
The star was also asked what she thought of Meghan “stepping” into her space following the launch of the Duchess’s cooking show “With Love, Meghan”.

“If you’re an actress, it’s hard to then transition to a princess and then from a princess into a homemaking guru on a television show,” she replied.
“It doesn’t sort of follow. So go from there.”
Meghan, Harry and their two children, who live in California, had travelled to mainland Europe ahead of Harry’s return to the UK.
He had intended to bring his family with him for the full duration of his five-day trip to Britain, including the Invictus Games in Birmingham.
However, he instead flew in alone and hours before arriving in London an invitation to stay at Buckingham Palace was reportedly withdrawn.
But his family eventually entered the country in secret due to ongoing security concerns after Harry lost a row with the Home Office over its refusal to provide taxpayer-funded protection, with him no longer being a working royal.
During the family’s trip to the UK, they enjoyed tea with King Charles and Queen Camilla at Highgrove,Buckingham Palace confirmed.
It was the first time the monarch had seen his daughter-in-law and grandchildren since 2022.
Meghan also shared snaps of Harry, 41, and their kids Archie, seven, and Lilibet, five, during what appears to be a visit to Princess Diana‘s childhood home.
It’s not clear where the Sussexes had been holidaying beforehand, but it appears they stopped off in Portugal.

Harry and Meghan are reportedly buying a second property there, near his cousin Princess Eugenie and her hubby Jack Brooksbank.
This week, Meghan shared a new clip of her dancing around the kitchen in pyjamas and a tiara to mark her 45th birthday.
Harry, 41, could be heard saying “oh dear” as the Duchess of Sussex – who turned 45 yesterday – boogied around their California home.
The couple are understood to have spent the day with their two children at their Montecito home.
Meghan previously thanked her social media followers for the “birthday love” as she shared pictures of herself jumping into a pool.
Royal experts said Meghan’s posts were a smoke screen for her unpopularity in the latest episode of The Sun’s award-winning Royal Exclusive show.
