In the video, shared by Radius Care Retirement Village, Walsh said he couldn’t believe another year had passed.
“Doris, what can I say? Here we are again – I can’t believe it,” he said.
“This is amazing; this is like a regular thing we’ve got going on. People are starting to talk.

“Happy, happy, happy birthday darling.
“I’ve got to get out to see ya; I keep talking about coming to New Zealand.
“I really really hope to see you soon. Lots of love to you all out there.”
The video ended with Walsh blowing a kiss to the camera and a final message.
“Keep going Doris – The Chase is on.”

The mother-of-seven may even be the gameshow host’s biggest fan.

“I hope one day we meet. I really do… always remember, girl, The Chase is on,” Walsh said at the time.
