“I’m done.” Gemma Collins shocks viewers as she ‘quits’ I’m A Celebrity after emotional breakdown and explosive clash with show bosses. The reality star was seen in tears during tonight’s dramatic episode, claiming the conditions were pushing her beyond her limits. In a heated moment, Gemma lashed out, accusing producers of going too far and saying, “you’re trying to kill me,” leaving campmates stunned. Tensions had reportedly been building for days as the pressure of jungle life took its toll on the outspoken TV personality. Fans quickly flooded social media, divided between concern for Gemma and frustration over the dramatic exit. With speculation growing about whether she’ll really walk away, the moment is already one of the season’s most talked-about scenes.

I’m A Celebrity… South Africa star Gemma Collins looks set to ‘quit’ the ITV show tonight in dramatic scenes – as she breaks down in tears.

A preview for tonight’s episode (April 17) shows the TOWIE legend, 45, shock campmate Scarlett Moffatt by declaring the show’s iconic phrase.

As the campmates gather around in the first-look, Gemma is seen shouting out: ‘I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here… I’m done.’

In addition to this, Gemma can also be seen with her face in her hands and beginning to cry as it all becomes too much for the star.

Scarlett, 35, who has developed a friendship with Gemma in camp, appears gobsmacked by her co-star’s actions – reacting with wide eyes.

Gemma famously only lasted 72 hours during her first jungle stint, which was in 2014.

Reflecting on her previous jungle experience, the star told OK! Magazine: ‘It was like I’d committed a murder. I stepped off the plane and Good Morning Britain was there.

‘I’ve never lived it down. I felt like the woman from Game Of Thrones who has to walk through the streets naked.’

It comes as Gemma previously sparked speculation earlier this week that she could walk from the South Africa jungle as she told Craig Charles: ‘I don’t think I can take it’.

Gemma accused show bosses of ‘trying to kill her’ after she got pelted in the face with gunge and failed a crucial food challenge.

During Wednesday’s instalment of the hit ITV show, campmates were surprised with a trial just before bedtime.

The TV personality was selected to take part alongside Jimmy Bullard for Team Rhinos, going up against Team Lions’ Harry Redknapp and Scarlett Moffatt.

But after being thrown into the Creeper Train trial and its crocodile-infested carriage, things quickly took a turn for the worse for Gemma.

An explosive burst of slime and bugs smacked her straight in the face – and that was quite enough for her.

Handing over the first task to Scarlett, she said: ‘Forget it, you’ve won, f*** me guys, that just went straight in my face.’

Gemma later threw herself back into the game to search for nuggets in the carriages, but it wasn’t enough to beat Scarlett and she lost the challenge.

However, it all became too much for Gemma, who broke down in tears following the trial. She said: ‘I did my best I did my best.

‘I feel like you’re trying to kill me. You’re going to kill me. It’s, like, not even funny. I feel like you’re definitely trying to kill me.’

Later in camp, Gemma told Jimmy: ‘I’m bruised look at them bruises Jim. I did try. And we’re still in the lead.’

She then quipped: ‘I’m a Celebrity Get Me the f*** Out of Here.’

Elsewhere, Gemma has also clashed with campmate Sinitta, 62, with the pair not seeing eye-to-eye since the former’s arrival.

It all started when Savannah Scrub camp finally united with the Main Camp, Sinitta told the GC that she thought her taking on the role of Mama Morton in Chicago was a ‘joke’.

Gemma took to her Instagram to make a snide remark at the Sinitta after a pretty awkward moment between the pair that aired on the ITV show last Thursday.

Although the second series of the much-loved spin-off was filmed last September, it seems that the two still aren’t on good terms.

Gemma doesn’t follow Sinitta on Instagram, but has hit the follow button for all her other co-stars.

A source also told The Sun: ‘There’s still no love lost between the women.

‘Gemma hasn’t spoken publicly about the feud and kept her silence – but following every single castmember online bar Sinitta is a clear statement from the GC.

‘It’s got everybody talking.’

I’m A Celebrity… South Africa continues on ITV1 and ITVX.
