Prince Harry Already Back in the US Just Weeks After UK Return

Prince Harry has already returned to the United States, just weeks after relocating his family back to Britain.

The Duke of Sussex was spotted walking through New York City only hours after attending the WellChild Awards in London, highlighting how quickly his schedule has shifted between the UK and US since his return.

Harry is understood to be in New York to attend an event hosted by the Clinton Foundation. He is listed as a participant at the Clinton Global Initiative 2026 Annual Meeting, which runs from Tuesday through today.

The Duke has attended the event previously. In 2024, he appeared at the Clinton Global Initiative to discuss the challenges created by the online world.

This time, Harry appeared as a featured guest during a 90-minute mainstage session titled Everything Everywhere All At Once. Meghan Markle remained at home while her husband travelled to New York.

Harry’s emotional WellChild appearance

Harry’s latest trip comes just after an emotional appearance in London in support of one of his long-standing charitable causes.

The Duke attended the WellChild Awards on Monday, one of the most significant events in his public calendar.

During a speech at the end of the ceremony, Harry became visibly emotional as he paid tribute to the parents caring for seriously ill children.

He specifically acknowledged the “mums and dads” who dedicate themselves to supporting youngsters facing complex medical conditions, praising their efforts as the awards celebrated children and young people who continue to make the most of life despite their health challenges.

Earlier in the evening, Harry spent time meeting the award winners and their families.

He also signed a Funko Pop figure of himself and received a number of gifts from those attending the event.

Among the presents were housewarming gifts marking his family’s recent return to the UK.
