As Liam Gallagher reunited with his ex-Oasis bandmate and guitarist, Bonehead, two unexpected legends joined them on the stage of TFI Friday’s anniversary special: Ringo Starr’s son and drummer, Zak Starkey, and The Who’s very own icon, the vocalist and songwriter, Roger Daltrey.

Meanwhile, Zak Starkey’s appearance offers the missing link which likely drew this supergroup together. Zak not only toured and recorded with The Who from the mid-’90s to 2025, but worked with Oasis during the mid-’00s too. And now, with both of his projects united as one in this TFI Brit rock fusion, Zak glues together this legendary performance with a full-circle feeling.
