Metallica Drops Pro-Shot Videos of “The Unforgiven” and “One” from Heavy-Hitting Berlin Set
As Metallica storms through the European leg of their massive M72 World Tour, the thrash icons have released official pro-shot live footage of two of their biggest masterpieces: “The Unforgiven” and “One.”
The performances were captured during the bandβs packed May 30 stop at the historic Olympiastadion in Berlin, Germany. Supporting their latest album 72 Seasons, the rock legends delivered a tight, thunderous 15-song set list. Making the night even heavier, they shared the stage with stellar opening acts Gojira and Knocked Loose.

The Road to London and a Historic Las Vegas Residency
The pro-shot live releases offer fans a taste of the stadium-level energy Metallica is generating ahead of a massive transition in their touring cycle.
-
The European Finale: The band is currently wrapping up its spring/summer European run, concluding with two highly anticipated shows in London, UK in early July.
-
Next Stop, The Nevada Desert: After the UK dates, the band will prepare for a massive milestone. In October, they will make history as the first-ever heavy metal band to take over the multi-billion-dollar Sphere in Las Vegas for their highly exclusive “Life Burns Faster” residency.
Due to overwhelming demand from fans looking to experience the band’s catalog amplified by the venue’s massive immersive tech, the residency was expanded into a whopping 24-show run stretching through March 2027.

True to their current touring style, Metallica will carry over their “No Repeat Weekend” format to the Sphere, ensuring that fans attending back-to-back nights will get two completely unique, non-overlapping set lists.
