Bunnie Xo is a work in progress.
The podcaster and author has been open about the cosmetic enhancements she’s undergone over the years, and while bonding with Denise Richards over their facelift experiences, the 46-year-old admitted that she has future plans for more tweaks.
In the Aug. 3 episode of her Dumb Blonde podcast, Bunnie said that she was scheduled for a “skin pinch” procedure to address her under-eye area (the results of which she appeared to have revealed in a July 10 episode while detailing her most recent breast implant surgery).
She also wants to get more fat transfer done, but she added, “and then I’m done, I swear.”

Richards, who detailed her June 2025 facelift in a March 2026 Allure interview, then stressed the importance of having trust in a surgeon when undergoing cosmetic procedures. “You have to go to someone really reputable and skilled,” she said.
Earlier in the episode, Bunnie also shared her outlook on plastic surgery transparency. “First of all, and this is no shade to anybody in the industry, but if you’re gonna get work done, just f—ing be honest about it,” she said in response to Richards praising her candor.

“I feel like our ‘job’ as people that are online and pushing a narrative of our lives, I feel like we owe that to the public,” continued Bunnie. “That might just be me, but I feel like we, especially as women because there’s such a false beauty standard…and I never want a little girl to look at me and be like, ‘I want to just look like her.’ Like, girl, I don’t even look like me. So I always want to be honest.”
In the name of honesty, Richards also detailed exactly what her invasive facial transformation involved.

“Originally I had been thinking about doing just my neck,” Richards, 55, shared. “ … and then a friend of mine, she’s very well-known, and she’s not public about hers, and she said to me, ‘You have to do the whole thing.’ And I was like, ‘I don’t want to do the whole thing, I’m scared.’”
Prior to getting any work done on her face, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum said that previously she had only “done a little Botox” and filler, though she wasn’t happy with the result of the latter. Richards decided to go through with a full facelift, though she admitted she was “terrified.”
“He did everything,” she said of the procedure. “He did the neck, the lower face, the upper, the brow lift. The only thing he didn’t do were my lower lids. He did my upper lids.” The brow lift, she explained, was “no joke” when it came to pain, and she admitted that even the area under her chin still felt numb.
But she described the facelift as the “best thing I did for myself.”
