Jeremy Clarkson is gearing up for an ITV return.
The announcement arrives a week after the television personality revealed he is in remission from prostate cancer, just days following his disclosure that he was battling the illness.
ITV has now confirmed it has recommissioned two programmes hosted by the Clarkson’s Farm presenter – Millionaire Hot Seat and Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?
A total of 20 fresh episodes of the rapid-fire spin-off will be produced alongside a further 15 instalments of the original flagship quiz programme.
The new commission follows the triumphant debut of Millionaire Hot Seat earlier this year. The format introduces a high-stakes element to the beloved quiz as participants compete in a rapid queue system, where players must respond swiftly or face being substituted by the next contender awaiting the Hot Seat, reports the Mirror.

It ranked as the third most-viewed entertainment programme on ITVX this year, trailing only Britain’s Got Talent and The Masked Singer.
The fresh episodes of Millionaire Hot Seat and Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? will be recorded later this year for transmission on ITV and streaming via ITVX.
This comes after the opening episode of the current series – which featured a million pound victor – became the highest-rated Millionaire episode of the year thus far.

The shows are made by Belfast-based Stellify Media, the Sony Pictures Television-backed independent production company behind the franchise.
The announcement regarding the television programmes follows closely after Jeremy’s health update. During a recent instalment of Clarkson’s Farm, the 66-year-old disclosed he had been diagnosed with an “aggressive” form of the cancer in 2025.
Clarkson revealed to the Sunday Times that subsequent testing two months previously had shown no trace of cancer and that he is now officially in remission.
“I am without a doubt, officially, the world’s luckiest man,” he told the publication.
“It was an aggressive type of cancer. It could have spread, it could have gone into the pancreas, it could have gone anywhere, and that would have been trouble.”
